WE’RE HERE TO MAKE AN IMPACT
-
The Boys & Girls Club
Through our partnership with BGC’s after-school and summer youth programs at Lodi and Hackensack, TechSprouts mentors and teaches the fundamentals of STEM and coding through hands-on experiments and interactive lessons. We focus on teamwork, communication, and critical problem-solving skills.
-
Tenafly Community Night
We joined the yearly event to raise awareness for TechSprouts as a non-profit organization, recruit volunteers, fundraise for Project Nigeria, and invite prospective students to sign-up for our free STEM class. It was a great way to engage members of the community through games, great conversations, and love for STEM!
-
Project Nigeria
With the support of a United Nations delegate and our local chapter, TechSprouts strives to make education a vital instrument for social and economic change in Nigeria. Our ongoing Backpack Fundraiser and Build-a-Classroom initiatives aim to help make education more accessible for the children of Nigeria.
-
Local Chapters
We are growing! With more clubs actively participating with TechSprouts, our members are building a broader sense of community through their passion for STEM. Together, we volunteer, teach, fundraise, and raise public awareness for STEM education. Join us in our efforts. Be a sprouter!

Soup Kitchen
TechSprouts continues to serve at Hana Mission’s soup kitchen to give back to our community. Every carefully prepared and served meal offered nourishment, hope, and comfort within a dignified setting to the 60-80 neighbors that are homeless, vulnerable, and experiencing hardship.
We’re nothing without the communities we serve
That’s why we’ve set up programs and services to give back to our communities
160+ plates
of warm food, desserts and drinks served to the homeless, survivors of domestic violence, ex-convicts, and people struggling with drug and alcohol.
40+ weeks
of engaging youths year-round at the Boys & Girls Club in interactive STEM learning activities through hands-on projects that introduce problem-solving, presentation and critical thinking skills.
90%
of our students saw a reduction in disciplinary concerns; nearly 30% of students who attended our after-school program for 30 days or more saw academic gains in literacy and math.
